Commonly blown into a bottle or formed into a sheet, PET is known for its clarity and natural CO₂ barrier properties.

HDPE Rigid (Colored) Guidance

2020 Virgin vs. Recycled Plastic Life Cycle Assessment: Energy Profile and Environmental Burdens

APR contracted with Franklin Associates to examine the life cycle impacts of postconsumer recycled plastic pellets vs. virgin plastic pellets from petrochemical sources. This study is one of many over the last two decades and reflects current mechanical recycling practice.
